Who is responsible for your information?
RafTek is responsible for the business information it receives through this website. Privacy enquiries can be sent to contact@raftek.net.
Information we receive
Information may include your name, company, business email address, telephone number, project requirements and anything else you choose to include in your message.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond to you, understand your requirements, discuss potential services or partnerships, take steps connected with a potential business relationship, and maintain relevant business correspondence. We do not use website enquiries for unrelated marketing without an appropriate basis to do so.
Basis for processing
Depending on the applicable data-protection law and the context of your enquiry, processing may be necessary to respond to a request made by you, to take steps before entering into a contract, or for RafTek's legitimate business interests in handling genuine business enquiries and maintaining business relationships.
Website and form service providers
The website is hosted using GitHub Pages. GitHub may process technical information, including IP addresses, for security and operation of the hosting service. The enquiry form uses FormSubmit to transmit form submissions to RafTek by email. Relevant email and infrastructure providers may also process information as necessary to deliver and store business correspondence.
How long we keep information
Enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry, manage any resulting business relationship, meet applicable legal or record-keeping requirements, or resolve disputes. Information that is no longer required is deleted or otherwise disposed of appropriately.
Cookies and analytics
RafTek does not intentionally use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this version of the website. The form provider may use security or anti-spam measures when a form is submitted.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or other controls over your personal information. You may contact RafTek at contact@raftek.net to make a privacy request. You may also have the right to complain to the relevant data-protection authority.
